For all Pilbara projects, Tidal Solutions utilise Pilbara local labour and resources whenever possible to ensure our support to local community growth and delivering opportunities for employment for indigenous and non-indigenous Pilbara people. We also engage local subcontractors and supply partners that live and work in the region to further strengthen the local networks.
Where there are limited local resourses and/or remote sites within the Pilbara and Goldfields areas, Tidal Solutions have an extensive pool of skilled FIFO labour to service these sites and project works.
Quality of Service
Our focus on quality of service begins with the timely quoting and mobilisation of jobs, through to the compliance of our stringent HSE safety plan and procedures which we adhere to on every job.
Tidal Solutions are able to mobilise quality staff and equipment at short notice as and when required. Breakdown support teams can be assembled within very small timeframes to ensure timely on and offsite repairs.
